How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped UPS. Delivery time for UPS ground is usually 5 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. We are sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
When will I receive my order?
Tag Art Global, LLC makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special orders may also take longer to process. Ask our Customer Service Representatives for shipping details when you place your order.
Do I have to buy the padlock with the Trailer GatorTM?
The Trailer GatorTM is a trailer coupler locking device that fits around your coupler and locks shut via a lock. The lock that we recommend is the Master Lock No. 37 Pad-lock; this lock is a proven, rugged, reliable and inexpensive lock that complements The Trailer GatorTM. If you already have a coupler lock and would like to just buy the Trailer GatorTM just uncheck the ML No. 37 Pad-lock box in the checkout section.
