- Installation of the Trailer GatorTM must conform to the following instructions.
- Trailer GatorTM is designed for use while trailer is off vehicle and/or being stored.
- Always make sure trailer is secure from moving or rolling before installing or removing
Mounting Instructions
- Fit Trailer GatorTM device over trailer coupler by opening device to desired size
- Trailer GatorTM should fit over coupler end and close
- Lock shackle guard with coupler lock
- Check fit by trying to slide Trailer GatorTM off coupler end. It should not come off (rear flange of coupler should “catch” on the Trailer Gator’sTM rear.
Industrial Powder Coat Finish
The Trailer GatorTM has an industrial powder coat finish.To maintain its finish, we recommend raising the trailer tongue slightly so that your Trailer GatorTM does not rest on the ground. It is always a good idea to block/chock the trailer wheels to prevent your trailer from rolling.
Limited Warranty
Tag Art Global, LLC products are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase as shown on the customer’s receipt; ordinary wear and tear expected.
This warranty shall not apply to any defects caused by:
- Physical abuse of goods or any components;
- Alterations, modifications, additions or repairs made during the applicable warranty period by anyone other than Tag Art Global employees or agents or subcontractors;
- Improper installation or use contrary to Tag Art Global instructions; or
- Accidents or damage resulting from fire, water, wind, hail, lightning, electrical surge or failure, earthquake, theft or similar causes not caused or contributed to by the negligence of Tag Art Global employees or agents or subcontractors.
The obligation of this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts which, in the opinion of the Company, shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
Tag Art Global, LLC shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind in connection with the use of this product.
Currently Tag Art Global, LLC is only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
All orders are shipped using UPS.

Ground Shipping - Please allow 2-5 business days from the time your package leaves our store.

Express Shipping - Overnight delivery the next business day and if your order is placed before 10 AM Eastern Time.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Express, and can only be shipped by the 2nd business day.
Tag Art Global, LLC encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering before receiving and signing their acceptance.
For security reasons, all shipments require a signature regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers.
Packages cannot be rerouted with any of our carriers.
P.O. Box Delivery
UPS orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
30-Day Internet Return Policy

Tag Art Global, LLC takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art factory, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Tag Art Global, LLC will refund, or exchange any item within 30 days from the original purchase date. Freight will be deducted from amount of refund.

We will process your return upon receipt of the package.

Returns accepted within 30 days from original purchase date for items bought on this web site must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We must confirm that the returned item has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 30-day period.

If you wish to return an item to Tag Art Global, LLC, please call us at 888-990-9149 to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA.

Unless it is returned in new condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Condition will be assessed at time of receipt.
